I’m so happy to see you here! My name is Emily, I’m the designer of all the patterns of Genuinely Em. I started sewing at a young age. While studying fashion design, I began learning about the problems with fast fashion.
I still wanted to wear cute clothes, but I wanted to save money and focus on sustainable fashion. I began creating sewing patterns for myself, and then I realized other people could enjoy them as well.
So if you’re a little like me wanting to wear clothes you love while also working in sustainability into your life, you’re in the right place!
